A major sponsor benefit is having your business featured on the event’s t-shirt!  Hundreds of people wear and advertise your business each time they wear their shirt for years to come!

Your business sponsorship dollars cover the expenses associated with the event so that all donations and ticket sales can support the honorees.  Examples of major expenses include food, race equipment rental, printing, promotion, city police and t-shirt printing. Sponsorships will run for approximately one year until new promotional materials are created for next year’s event. T-Shirts provide advertising for your business for years to come. 

Depending on sponsorship level, many additional benefits include:

  • New!  Sponsor expo at our BBQ event.  Set up a booth or display!

All sponsors receive their choice of  event items including tickets to the Run/Walk, BBQ Tickets and/or T-Shirts!


Burgundy Level – $100 – $249

Silver Level – $250 – $499

  • Choice of 10 event items

  • Logo Rotation on our Web Site in Silver Sponsor Sections
  • Logo on T-Shirts
  • 20% Discount on Event Guide Advertising

Gold Level – $500-$999

Platinum Level – $1000 or more

Register online and we can send an invoice or you may pay using a credit card.

Logo artwork is needed no later than Friday, June 7th.  Logos not submitted in time will result in the business name being printed in plain text.  Send logos to brian@wtfsnf.com.
